Grid Performance — home

Performance has no single formula.

Every driver is different. Every target is different.

Our coaching is built around understanding the individual, identifying where performance can be gained, and creating a clear path to improvement.

Trackside coaching

Performance coaching where it matters most.

Our trackside coaching is designed to give drivers the tools and understanding to maximise their performance at the circuit.

We work closely with the driver throughout the event, combining observation, feedback and analysis to identify areas for improvement and turn them into practical, measurable gains.

02

Physical coaching

Karting places significant physical demands on a driver. Strength, endurance, reaction speed, coordination and the ability to maintain focus under fatigue can all have a direct impact on performance.

Our physical coaching is designed specifically around the demands of motorsport, helping drivers develop the physical qualities required to perform consistently throughout testing, qualifying and racing.

Strength & conditioning
Developing the strength required to control the kart and maintain position throughout a session.
Neck & core strength
Building the specific strength and stability required to withstand the physical demands of karting.
Cardiovascular fitness
Improving endurance so drivers can maintain performance and concentration throughout longer sessions and races.
Reaction & coordination
Developing the speed, coordination and responsiveness required to react effectively on track.
Mobility & movement
Improving movement quality, mobility and body control to support performance and reduce the risk of injury.
Recovery & preparation
Helping drivers understand how preparation, recovery, nutrition and sleep contribute to consistent performance.

03

Mental coaching

At the highest levels of motorsport, physical ability and technical skill are only part of the equation.

Drivers need to manage pressure, make decisions quickly, recover from mistakes and maintain focus when the stakes are high.

Our mental performance coaching helps drivers develop the psychological skills required to perform consistently — particularly when competition and expectations increase.

Focus & concentration
Developing the ability to stay focused on the right things, both during preparation and on track.
Confidence
Building genuine confidence through preparation, understanding and performance — rather than relying on results alone.
Performance under pressure
Helping drivers manage the pressure of qualifying, racing and championship situations.
Emotional control
Learning to manage frustration, disappointment and excitement without allowing emotions to negatively affect performance.
Racecraft & decision making
Developing the ability to process information quickly and make effective decisions when racing.
Reflection & learning
Turning mistakes and difficult sessions into useful information that contributes to future development.

Sim training

Coached simulator sessions, led by Seb.

Sim training gives drivers structured seat time away from the circuit — a controlled environment to work on technique, consistency and racecraft between events.

Like all of our coaching, sessions are built around the individual driver and what they are working towards.

Tell us about your driver.

Where they race, what they’re working towards, and where you think performance can be gained.
